Just one postcard arrived today, but it is a good one. It's from Namibia, which makes 176 countries from which I have now received a postcard. Namibia is located in Southern Africa, on the Atlantic coast. It shares borders with Angola, Zambia , Botswana and South Africa. The city of Windhoek, from which this postcard was mailed, is the capital of Namibia. The country gained independence from South Africa in 1990. Namibia is the 2nd least densely populated country in the world at 2.5 persons per sq km.Thanks to Helena , who works for The City of Windhoek , for sending this card out to me. It was actually the second card she sent, as the first one has never arrived. This one was mailed on the 18th of January and arrived on the 18th February.
