Lufthansa A330, Cows From Poland and Varazdin

Here we go with a short update today. Hope to get another one in tomorrow. Three cards this time.

First up is another great addition to my aircraft/airlines on postcards collection. This one shows a Lufthansa Airbus A330-300 inflight. I haven't yet had the pleasure of flying on a A330 but hopefully one day I will. David from Ireland sent this card along from Frankfurt on his way home from his recent trip to Africa. On this card we see a flower definitive and the larger stamp which was issued Jan 03,2011. It's a semi-postal , 1 of a set of 4.

Today's second card , from Poland, shows us 2 cows, along with the following slogan, "Vegetarianism, Good for you and for them '' .
This card was sent by Postcrosser Mariusz and on it we see a 2002 stamp, 1 of a set of 3, featuring city folklore. It was posted in the city of Bydgoszcz, a city of over 350,000 in northern Poland.

The final card for this time comes from the city of Varazdin, Croatia. On the card we can see the Varazdin Town Hall. Built in 1523, it is the oldest city hall in Europe. It is still used as city hall , just as it has been all those years. Another Postcrosser , Dominik, is responsible for this card. The stamp on the right is from 2004 and shows Pejacevic castle in Virovitica, a town located near the Croatian- Hungarian border. The other two stamp are from a set of 5 issued in 2008 on the subject of textile folk art.

That's it for this time. Short and Sweet as I said. Thanks for reading. Leave a comment if you have one.
